Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Presence to generate, approve and publish posts.
Using the service
Presence generates and schedules text graphics for your own social accounts. You are responsible for everything you approve and publish.
Source content and reproduce mode
Inspiration accounts are limited to public Instagram profiles you add yourself. Reproduce mode republishes source text close to verbatim; before using it you accept an in-app acknowledgement confirming you hold or have obtained the rights to reuse that wording, and that you are responsible for copyright, trademark, platform-policy, endorsement and attribution obligations. We grant no reuse rights and do not review source material for ownership.
Acceptable use
Copyright abuse, impersonation, unlawful content, harassment, deceptive endorsements and destination-platform policy violations are prohibited. The Acceptable Use policy forms part of these terms.
Copyright and content removal
Rights holders can report allegedly infringing source or generated content through our Copyright and Content Removal process. Disputed content may be disabled while a report is under review. We do not claim a registered DMCA agent or guaranteed compliance with any particular legal regime.
Approval
Nothing publishes without your explicit approval. Scheduling only takes effect after you approve a post.
Plans and credits
Plans are billed monthly and include a credit allowance. Credits are consumed by generation and may roll over within plan limits.
Availability
This is an early-stage product. Features may change, and publishing depends on third-party platforms outside our control.
Third-party services
The service depends on OpenAI for draft generation, Apify for reading public inspiration posts, Bundle.social for the Instagram connection and publishing, and Stripe for payments. Their outages, rate limits or policy changes can interrupt features, and your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your content is removed and any upcoming post is cancelled with the provider first. Posts already published to Instagram stay on Instagram. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or infringe others' rights.
