Privacy Policy

How Presence handles your account, your content and your Instagram connection.

What we store

Your account details, creator identity, positioning and voice preferences, the inspiration accounts you add, generated drafts, and your posting schedule.

Public source data

Only publicly visible posts from the accounts you add are read. Private accounts are never imported.

Your content

Drafts and published posts belong to you. You can reject or delete drafts at any time.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of processors, each for one purpose only: OpenAI generates draft text from your identity and prompts (your content is not used to train their models under their API terms); Apify reads publicly visible posts from the inspiration accounts you add; Bundle.social holds your Instagram authorization and submits approved posts; Stripe processes payments and holds your billing records; and our hosting and database provider stores your account and content.

Instagram connection

Publishing requires a connection to Instagram, authorized through our publishing partner's hosted page. Your Instagram password is never seen or stored by us. You can revoke the connection at any time from the Connections screen.

Deleting your account

Settings → Data → Delete account permanently removes your profile, identity, drafts, imported source posts, queue, rendered images and Instagram connection, and cancels any upcoming post with the provider first. It is immediate and irreversible; there is no recovery window. Provider webhook logs with no link to your account, payment records held by our payment processor, and anything already published to Instagram are not removed.

Your rights

You can export or correct your identity and drafts from within the app at any time, and delete everything from Settings. For any other privacy request, contact us and we will respond.
