Acceptable Use
These rules apply to everything you generate, schedule and publish with Presence.
Copyright and reuse abuse
Do not import, reproduce or publish content you have no right to reuse. Reproduce mode republishes source wording close to verbatim, and the acknowledgement you accept before using it places responsibility for reuse rights on you. Systematically copying another creator's catalogue is not acceptable use.
Impersonation
Do not present yourself as another person, brand or organisation, and do not connect an Instagram account you are not authorised to post from. Parody and commentary must be obvious as such.
Unlawful content
Do not use the service for content that is illegal where you or your audience are: sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, terrorist material, fraud, malware distribution, or the sale of prohibited goods.
Harassment and hateful content
Do not target individuals or groups with abuse, threats, doxxing, or content that attacks people on the basis of protected characteristics.
Deceptive endorsements
Do not imply an endorsement, partnership, affiliation or result that does not exist. Disclose paid promotion and affiliate relationships as your jurisdiction requires. Do not publish fabricated testimonials, statistics or outcomes.
Platform-policy violations
Your Instagram account remains subject to Instagram's terms and community guidelines. Do not use the service for spam, engagement manipulation, artificial amplification, or any automation pattern the destination platform prohibits.
Service integrity
Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, entitlement checks or authentication; do not probe or attack the service; do not resell access or run automated scraping beyond the inspiration features we provide.
Enforcement
We may disable disputed content, pause an inspiration account, cancel a scheduled post, or suspend an account while we review a report. Serious or repeated violations can result in termination without refund of unused credits.
