Presence Affiliate Program
Affiliate Program Terms
Effective July 29, 2026. By applying for or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.
1. Enrollment and approval
You must provide complete and accurate application information. Presence may approve, reject, suspend or remove an affiliate at its discretion. Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture or exclusive relationship.
2. Qualifying referrals and attribution
A qualifying referral is a new Presence customer who follows your authorized PromoteKit link, purchases an eligible paid subscription within the 30-day attribution window, and is successfully attributed to you in our records. Attribution is last-click. Existing customers, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, test transactions and purchases we cannot reliably attribute do not qualify.
3. Commission
The standard commission is 30% of eligible subscription revenue actually received, excluding taxes, credits, discounts, refunds, chargebacks and disputed or fraudulent payments. It applies to eligible payments made during the referred customer's first 12 paid months. No commission is earned merely for clicks, applications, trials or unpaid signups.
4. Validation, reversals and payouts
Commissions are held for at least 30 days for validation. Refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud and billing corrections reverse or reduce the related commission. Approved balances of at least $50 are eligible for monthly payout through a supported method such as PayPal or Wise. Balances below $50 roll forward. You are responsible for accurate payout details, fees charged by your payout provider and all applicable taxes.
5. Required disclosure
Every endorsement must clearly and conspicuously disclose your compensated relationship with Presence in the same communication, using language an ordinary viewer will understand. You must comply with advertising, endorsement, privacy, anti-spam and platform rules that apply to you and your audience.
6. Prohibited promotion
You may not self-refer; mislead; impersonate Presence; make unsupported income, performance or product claims; send unsolicited messages; use malware, cookie stuffing or forced clicks; bid on Presence trademarks or confusing variants in paid search; register confusing domains or accounts; publish unauthorized coupons; obscure your destination URL; or promote through unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content.
7. Brand and content
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved Presence program materials solely for compliant promotion. Do not alter our marks, imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond affiliate participation, or create commitments on our behalf. All other rights are reserved.
8. Monitoring and records
We may review promotional placements, traffic and transactions to protect customers and the program. You must provide reasonable information needed to investigate attribution, compliance, fraud, refunds or disputes. Attempts to manipulate tracking or commissions may result in forfeiture and removal.
9. Changes and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may change the program or these terms prospectively by posting an update. Material changes to commission economics will not retroactively reduce a commission already earned on a validated payment. On termination, stop using our marks and program materials. Valid commissions accrued before termination remain subject to validation, reversals and these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The program and tracking are provided as available and may depend on third-party services, including PromoteKit and Stripe. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
